The app has been working fine up until this morning it is now showing I have a low tire pressure issue but not in the car. it's showing the same tire pressure on the app as in the car. they had me call and it's still not working. it all started after the last update.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Slow, clunky, complicated, poorly laid-out interface. Frequently gives errors. If there was another option to remotely interact with my vehicle, I'd take it in a heartbeat.

I can't ever get a photo of the surroundings, and it doesnt always connect to unlock/lock the doors. I've been stranded because I left the car running with the keys in it (it was 100+ degrees that day) and locked it with the app. Then maybe 5 min later, I couldn't get it unlocked with the app and my son had to bring me my spare set from the house. Nothing like my husband's Ford app. The Kia app needs some serious updating and fixing. Oh, and the car should run for longer than 10 min at a time!

the overview screen does not have the tools I use the most... especially changing the charge level. it's painful figuring out which icon it is under. Also the app can be intermittent which is bad when it controls many features of the car.

We were nearly stranded because the App filtered out Tesla Charging Station on our route which did not charge our Kia due to the lack of credit card reader. We tried getting help but the customer service was off because it was Sunday evening. It will be great to improve the filter of the Kia App and also the charging station Infra Structure.

My husband and I are vigilant about locking the van. I often receive notifications that my van is unlocked after I leave it. We use the remote lock when we see this but my vehicle was actually robbed one time this happened. I love the app and its convenience when it works as it should, but often I’ll get errors or it will say no car found. I pay too much for that to happen. Also with the recent updates there is a gas gauge right in the middle of the home screen and it always says 0%, making it look like I have no gas. I can't ever get a photo of the surroundings, and it doesnt always connect to unlock/lock the doors. I've been stranded because I left the car running with the keys in it (it was 100+ degrees that day) and locked it with the app. Then maybe 5 min later, I couldn't get it unlocked with the app and my son had to bring me my spare set from the house. Nothing like my husband's Ford app. The Kia app needs some serious updating and fixing. Oh, and the car should run for longer than 10 min at a time!

The overall features on the Kia Access app are appealing, but the functionally leaves a lot to be desired. Logging into the app can be challenging, especially if you have poor internet signal - which can be frustrating if you are using the vehicle access features. Navigating the app is not very intuitive so finding features can be difficult, and some of the Connect capabilities only exist on the automobile, even though you may assume that you could find them in the app.

I lock my car and then find out the app wasn't working and the car is unlocked. which doesn't make sense cause when I unlock the car with the fob it will lock right before I get to the car. the app doesn't sync to well with the key fob and the car very well. sometimes you'll lock the car after unloading groceries but the system sends left a car unlocked notice. go back and the cars unlocked. the whole thing is annoying.

The app isn't very reliable. I have a 2026 Kia Seltos. The app Often says car is off, when it is in fact on. Will say doors are unlocked, when they are very much locked. Will almost always give me a door is open warning when I try to lock the doors with the app. Really disappointed in the app. Makes me wonder how accurate the other functions of the app are, like the tire pressure readings.

Edit: Problem below is solved, but the app is not strong. Widgets nowhere near as good as Hyundai Bluelink. ------ Getting bombarded with notifications that my doors are unlocked. My doors are locked and I've supposedly turned off push notifications for doors but I still am getting them. Calling the support line (listed on the comments from Kia here as recently as 10/9) goes to a "call cannot be completed" message.
